Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced eLearning Quality Analyst with solid hands-on experience in reviewing and testing courses developed in Articulate Rise 360. The role involves ensuring that eLearning modules meet content, functional, visual, accessibility, and LMS quality standards before delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end QA of eLearning courses developed primarily in Articulate Rise 360.
- Review developed modules against approved storyboards, scripts, source content, and client guidelines.
- Check on-screen text, images, audio/video, interactions, knowledge checks, assessments, feedback, and hyperlinks.
- Test Rise 360 interactions such as accordions, tabs, flashcards, timelines, labeled graphics, sorting activities, scenarios, and quizzes.
- Verify navigation, course flow, completion requirements, scoring, retry behavior, and learner progression.
- Check formatting, alignment, consistency, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and visual presentation.
- Perform functional, content, visual, regression, and final QA.
- Test courses across supported browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Validate published SCORM/xAPI packages and test course launch, completion, scoring, bookmarking,



and resume behavior in LMS environments.
- Perform basic accessibility checks, including alt text, keyboard navigation, focus order, captions, color contrast, and screen-reader compatibility.
- Log defects clearly with descriptions, screenshots, and reproduction steps.
- Coordinate with instructional designers, developers, designers, editors, and project managers to resolve issues.

Required Skills

- 3-6 years of experience in eLearning QA/testing.
- Strong working knowledge of Articulate Rise 360.
- Good understanding of eLearning development and QA processes.
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline 360 is preferred.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, LMS testing, and responsive course testing.
- Basic knowledge of WCAG accessibility requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and good command of written English.
- Ability to identify content, visual, functional, usability, and technical issues.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Education Bachelors degree in any discipline. Relevant experience or certification in eLearning, instructional design, multimedia, or quality assurance is an advantage.
