Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing brand awareness, increasing product sales, handling distributor/dealer networks, and managing e-commerce platforms for our food products such as Tuti-Fruti, Jam, Tomato Sauce, etc.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of FMCG marketing, digital promotion, and online marketplace management.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand Promotion

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Plan promotional campaigns, product branding, and market expansion activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retailers for smooth market operations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis regularly.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade partners.

E-commerce Management

- Handle online sales platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Jiomart, etc.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, offers, and online promotions.




- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies/vendors for social media and online advertising.
- Track e-commerce sales performance and prepare reports.
- Improve online brand presence and customer engagement.

Business Development

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Support new product launches and promotional planning.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG / Food Products marketing preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle distributor networks and online marketplaces.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.

Experience:

- 3–5 years preferred in this Food processing Industry.
