Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow the company's online business across D2C, marketplaces and Quick Commerce channels.

The role will involve end-to-end management of online sales, product listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, marketplace relationships and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick Commerce and the company website.
- Drive online sales, revenue growth and achievement of business targets.
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, promotions and SKU availability.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment across online channels.
- Analyse sales, marketplace and customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketplace/quick-commerce account managers and other external partners.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings,



feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Work closely with Marketing, Development, Operations and Customer Service teams on online campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and/or Quick Commerce platforms.
- Robust understanding of online sales, GMV/revenue, product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions.
- Experience in managing marketplace relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards.
- Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, D2C, Consumer Products, Lifestyle or similar businesses would be relevant.
