Job Overview:

We are looking for a focused, results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and scale the online sales of our educational books . In this role, you will completely focus exclusively on driving sales through marketplace-native advertising. Your primary target will be setting up, optimizing, and scaling Sponsored Ads in Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms to target students and competitive exam aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketplace Ad Management: Build, launch, and closely monitor Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Flipkart performance ad campaigns.
- Listing Management: Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across our website and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for maximum organic visibility.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales, traffic,



and ad performance metrics to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Promotions: Design and implement promotional offers, seasonal discounts, and book bundling strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience navigating e-commerce (Amazon, flipkart) vendor dashboards and seller hub consoles.
- Robust technical understanding of internal marketplace advertising models, match types, and platform search ranking algorithms.
- Analytical capability to pull and interpret weekly downloadable search term and sales reports.
- Strong sense of copy optimization to write punchy, keyword-optimized bullet points for book listings.
- Prior exposure to or understanding of the educational publishing, competitive coaching, or test-prep sectors is highly preferred.
