DEMETOS is a premium healthy snacking brand offering millet & lentil-based, baked and protein-rich snacks. We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms . Manage DEMETOS website and online sales.

Explore and manage Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and similar platforms. Manage product listings, pricing, offers and inventory. Plan and execute online sales campaigns with the marketing team. Track sales, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and profitability.

Improve website conversion, average order value and repeat purchases. Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth order fulfilment. Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce performance reports. Requirements2–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.

Experience with Shopify and marketplaces preferred. FMCG/D2C/food brand experience will be an advantage. Good understanding of digital marketing and online sales.

Solid

Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills. Result-oriented and comfortable working in a startup environment.
