Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business. The candidate will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, increasing online sales, optimizing product listings, planning promotional campaigns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee the company website and ensure smooth online operations.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, content, images, and pricing.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches.
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, customer support, and marketing teams.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace reports to improve revenue.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.




- Ensure timely order processing, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and recommend growth strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Experience in FMCG, food, wellness, or consumer products will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, and Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and catalog management.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of product photography, content management, and performance marketing.
- Team management and vendor coordination experience.
