DEWDROPZ is building a new-age outdoor apparel and lifestyle brand, and were looking for someone who can own the technology and digital operations behind our e-commerce business.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that e-commerce is not just about a website — it is about connecting technology, payments, inventory, fulfilment, analytics and customer experience into one seamless system.

What You’ll Own

- Manage and continuously improve the DEWDROPZ e-commerce website
- Manage integrations with Razorpay, Shiprocket, Zoho and other platforms
- Coordinate website development, maintenance and third-party technology partners
- Manage product catalogue, SKUs, pricing, inventory and online orders
- Ensure smooth integration between website payment inventory fulfilment accounting
- Set up and manage Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM and related applications
- Monitor website performance, conversion, checkout and payment issues
- Implement Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
- Develop dashboards for sales, inventory, customer and marketing performance
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Coordinate with developers for APIs, new features and troubleshooting
- Ensure website security, backups, access controls and basic cybersecurity practices




- Support future DEWDROPZ platforms such as TrekBuddy, The Studio and Trails

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce technology / e-commerce operations / digital products
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend operations
- Experience with Razorpay, Shiprocket, Zoho or similar tools
- Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Suite and conversion tracking
- Comfortable working with developers and external technology vendors
- Valuable understanding of inventory, fulfilment and order management
- Basic understanding of databases, web technologies and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js / React / Node.js
- API integration experience
- Experience with Zoho One
- Experience with fashion/apparel e-commerce
- Understanding of SEO and website performance
- Experience building dashboards and automated workflows
