Our portfolio includes SkinQ , a dermatologist-led skincare brand, and SkinQ Rx , focused on prescription-led solutions.

As we continue to scale across e-commerce and marketplaces, we’re looking for an E-commerce Intern who can help us maintain strong marketplace hygiene, accurate product catalogs, and a seamless customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Maintain and regularly audit product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure all listings are live, active, and available for sale .
- Monitor and resolve suppressed, inactive, blocked, or incomplete listings .
- Create and manage new product listings across marketplaces.
- Update and optimize product titles, images, descriptions, bullets, attributes, A+ content , and other listing details.
- Monitor and improve listing and content quality scores across the catalog.
- Identify and resolve catalog errors, missing information, incorrect images,



and attribute mismatches.
- Track product ratings and reviews and regularly monitor customer feedback.
- Identify recurring negative reviews and highlight relevant product or content issues to the concerned teams.
- Raise and follow up on marketplace tickets related to catalog, listing, ratings, and content issues .
- Maintain daily/weekly trackers for listing status, content updates, ratings, reviews, and issue closures .
- Ensure listings comply with marketplace-specific content and catalog guidelines .

What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations .
- Good attention to detail and an eye for identifying errors.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets .
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on issue resolution.

? What You Can Expect You’ll get hands-on exposure to marketplace operations, catalog management, product listings, customer reviews, and e-commerce processes in a growing D2C business.
