WE ARE HIRING | E-COMMERCE MANAGER / EXECUTIVE

Pushp Henna Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager / Executive to manage and grow our online sales across multiple platforms.

Job Location: Sojat, District Pali, Rajasthan / Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Beauty | Cosmetics | Personal Care | FMCG

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Facebook, Instagram & Company Website
- Handle the complete order-to-delivery cycle Order processing, dispatch coordination & delivery follow-up
- Manage returns, cancellations, refunds & customer complaints
- Monitor customer feedback, ratings & reviews
- Product listing, pricing, inventory & stock management
- Monitor online sales, revenue, orders & marketplace performance
- Prepare regular sales & e-commerce performance reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, accounts & internal teams
- Monitor competitors, pricing, offers & online market trends




- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant E-Commerce / Marketplace experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart Seller Platforms
- Experience in online order management & marketplace operations
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Personal Care or FMCG will be an advantage
