We are looking for a agile, responsible and experienced candidate based in Vadodara who can independently manage and continuously improve our E-Commerce, Digital Platforms, Product Data and Online Business Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate should have strong practical knowledge and working experience in:

- E-Commerce Operations & Management
- E-Cataloguing & Product Listing
- Amazon Account & Product Management
- GeM Portal Management & Product Updates
- Product uploading and management on IndiaMART, TradeIndia & other B2B portals
- Product creation, updating and maintenance in ERP
- Managing product specifications, images, descriptions, pricing, MRP, keywords, videos and other product information
- Tender Handling, Tender Documentation & Online Submission Support
- Regular product updates across multiple online platforms
- Website Content & Product Management
- Social Media Management & Digital Promotion
- Digital promotion and marketing of products and solutions
- Vendor Registration & Online Vendor Management
- Coordination with internal teams for product information, pricing, stock and documentation
- Maintaining accuracy, consistency and timely updates across all digital platforms

- ✅ Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- ✅ Good at computer operations and online research
- ✅ Strong in English communication – written & verbal
- ✅ Capable of independently following up and completing assignments
- ✅ Proactive, organised and willing to learn new platforms and tools
- ✅ Comfortable working with a large and diverse range of products and solutions
- ✅ Good at coordination with vendors, portals and internal departmentsKnowledge of AI tools / ChatGPT, digital marketing tools and online business platforms will be an added advantage.
