You love jewelry and know how to turn beautiful pieces into memorable online experiences. As an E Commerce Executive (Jewelry Industry) you'll drive sales and marketing efforts from the office, blending product storytelling with practical, data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
- You'll manage the online product lifecycle: create and optimize listings, craft descriptions, set attributes and pricing, and ensure imagery showcases each piece.
- You'll plan and run digital promotions and campaigns across the website and marketplace channels, coordinating with photography and creative partners to keep content fresh.
- You'll monitor sales, traffic and conversion metrics, using analytics to recommend assortment, pricing and promotional changes that improve results.
- You'll coordinate inventory updates, order issues and customer queries with retail, fulfillment and production teams to keep operations smooth.
What we're looking for
- You'll bring at least 2 years of e-commerce, digital merchandising or online sales experience—experience with jewelry or accessories is a plus.
- You have a strong eye for product presentation and attention to detail when describing and photographing delicate items.
- You're comfortable with analytics tools and Excel, and can turn numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You're a transparent communicator, highly organized, and available to work from the office full time.
