We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, promotions, and marketplace optimization to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Ajio.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all platforms.

2. Product Listing & Cataloging

- Create and update product listings.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility.
- Handle product uploads, variations, and catalog corrections.

3. Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch.

4. Promotions & Advertising

- Manage deals, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Run ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc.).
- Plan marketplace sales during events and festive seasons.

Performance Monitoring

- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and listing rankings.
- Generate daily/weekly reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales.

6. Issue Resolution

- Handle customer queries, returns, and claims.
- Resolve listing suppression, penalties, and account health issues.

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in E-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience with Myntra, Meesho, or Ajio preferred.
- Knowledge of product listing SEO and marketplace algorithms.
- Advance knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion / footwear category.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising tools.
- Catalog management experience.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
