Role Description:

The E-Commerce Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing day-to-day operations of client accounts across multiple marketplaces, including onboarding new sellers, setting up accounts, coordinating product listings, and ensuring accurate catalog and inventory updates.

The E-Commerce Account Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze data, and optimize pricing, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, addressing operational issues, coordinating with internal teams for content and marketing support,



and maintaining compliance with marketplace policies. The role also requires preparing regular performance reports and recommendations, while supporting clients in planning their expansion across platforms.

What we are looking for

- Strong e-commerce marketplace management skills, including account setup, product listing, catalog management, and inventory coordination on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and JioMart.
- Experience with digital marketing activities related to marketplaces, such as campaign planning, basic advertising optimization, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or analytics tools, with the ability to interpret trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Effective client communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to clearly explain processes, handle queries, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Comfort with using online seller panels, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and common business software; familiarity with SEO or website management is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in e-commerce operations or account management is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate closely with team members to meet client and business objectives.
