We are looking for a Dynatrace Expert with strong hands-on experience in Dynatrace, Application Performance Management (APM), infrastructure monitoring, system administration, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Dynatrace.
- Strong experience in APM and Infrastructure Monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Linux / Unix / Windows Administration.
- Positive understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift.
- Knowledge of Python / Bash scripting.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage,



and optimize Dynatrace monitoring solutions.
- Monitor application performance, infrastructure, availability, and system health.
- Analyze performance issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, metrics, and monitoring configurations.
- Monitor applications across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.
- Support automation and continuous improvement of monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.

Good to Have
- Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification.
- Enterprise-scale monitoring experience.
- Performance optimization experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
