Role Description The Agile 365 Developer will design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support business processes and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and integrations, as well as creating custom modules and reports aligned with user needs. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional specifications into technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

The developer will also document configurations, provide technical support, and participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, F&O;, or Business Central), including customization, configuration, and solution design.
- Proficiency in related Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, and common data services.
- Solid programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, and web services.
- Ability to analyze business requirements, create technical specifications, and implement scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience with SQL Server, data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI) is highly beneficial.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills within enterprise applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an on-site development environment and familiarity with agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
