Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and configure Duck Creek PAS applications based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Duck Creek Author, Server, and Express.
- Apply strong knowledge of P&C; insurance, including underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, and policy processes.
- Perform unit testing and ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Provide L2 production support for Duck Creek Policy applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Support application enhancements, configuration changes, and defect resolution.

Required Candidate Profile :





- Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek PAS across DCT components.
- Strong experience with Duck Creek Author, Server, and Express.
- Good understanding of P&C; Insurance, including underwriting, rating, insurance rules, forms, and policy administration.
- Experience in design, configuration, development, and unit testing of Duck Creek applications.
- Proven experience in L2 production support for Duck Creek Policy applications.
- Robust troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze production issues and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within SLA timelines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
