Job Responsibilities

- Practical Instruction: Demonstrate and guide students through steering, accelerating, braking, parking, and safe maneuvering behind the wheel.

- Theory Education: Teach local traffic laws, road signs, right-of-way regulations, and defensive driving techniques.

- Progress Assessment: Evaluate student readiness for official driving examinations and provide constructive, supportive feedback.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the dual-control instruction vehicle is clean, secure, and regularly serviced.

- Lesson Adaptation: Tailor teaching styles to accommodate nervous beginners, teens, or adults.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Valid Licensing: Hold a clean, valid driver's license and a professional driving instructor certification or license.

- Clean Record:



Maintain a clear driving record and a clean criminal background check.

- Communication Skills: Give clear, concise, and calm instructions under high-pressure traffic situations.

- Patience & Temperament: Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and composure with anxious or inexperienced drivers.

- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Pay: ₹9,324.18 - ₹19,161.01 per month
