Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, experienced and reliable Driver to provide protected, comfortable and timely transportation to company officials and business-related travel.

The role involves driving company officials for office travel, business meetings, client visits, government department visits, official appointments and other company-related requirements. The ideal candidate should be well-mannered, trustworthy, punctual and familiar with Pune, Mumbai city and surrounding areas.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, skilled conduct and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with company management and officials.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, comfortable and timely transportation to company officials.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per the official schedule.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of Pune city, Karve Nagar and surrounding areas, including major routes and traffic conditions.
- Plan suitable routes considering traffic, travel time and official schedules.
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, neat and roadworthy condition.
- Perform basic daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, engine oil,



coolant and other essential items.
- Immediately report any maintenance, servicing or repair requirements.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a secure, smooth and professional driving experience for passengers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company officials, meetings, discussions, travel schedules and other business matters.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, servicing and other vehicle-related expenses, as required.
- Keep the vehicle ready and available according to the company's official schedule.
- Assist with carrying or transporting official documents, files and small office materials when required.
- Travel outside Pune for official company requirements when required.
- Carry out other reasonable duties related to official transportation as assigned by company management.

Experience & Qualification

- Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience preferred.
- Previous experience as an Executive Driver / Company Driver / Corporate Driver / Personal Driver for senior officials will be preferred.
- Experience working with company management or senior executives will be an advantage.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Pune , Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Experience driving cars and other company vehicles.
- Good and responsible driving record.
- Professional, punctual, trustworthy and well-mannered.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to work according to company requirements and official schedules.

Education 10th Pass preferred, but not mandatory.
