Job Title - Driver

Job Purpose - To provide safe, discreet, punctual, and professional transport services to the Partner and their family/guests, ensuring comfort, security, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Driving & Transportation
- Drive the employer, family members, and guests to scheduled destinations (meetings, airports, hotels, events, etc.).
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, road conditions, tolls, and alternate paths.
- Maintain punctuality; arrive ahead of time when possible.
- Assist with loading/unloading luggage, belongings, parcels, etc.
- Ensure safe driving practices: obey speed limits, traffic laws, defensive driving.
- Vehicle Care & Maintenance
- Inspect vehicle (daily / before each trip): check fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, brakes, etc.
- Keep vehicle clean (interior & exterior), polished, vacuumed, and presentable.
- Schedule/coordinate servicing, repairs, MOT (or equivalent), insurance renewals.
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, fuel, mileage, etc.
- Security & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all matters involving the employer (personal, business).
- Be discreet, professional, and respectful in all interactions.
- Be alert to security risks, road hazards, suspicious persons, etc.; report anything unusual.
- Follow employer’s security protocols (if any) such as communication, check-ins, identity verification of passengers, etc.
- Guest & Household Support
- Assist guests (opening doors, helping with luggage, ensuring their comfort).
- At times may perform errands: pick up/drop off dry cleaning, documents, parcels, groceries, etc.
- Occasionally act as a backup assistant (e.g. minor household logistics) as needed.
- Scheduling & Coordination




- Liaise with employer or assistant to confirm daily itinerary, pickups, changes, delays.
- Monitor the employer’s calendar; anticipate conflicts, propose adjustments if necessary.
- Coordinate with hotels, airports, event staff regarding arrivals, valet, parking.
- Professionalism & Appearance
- Dress neatly, in uniform if provided, maintain personal hygiene and grooming.
- Polite, courteous, patient, calm, and composed even in stressful situations.
- Good communication skills; basic ability to converse in [local language(s)] and possibly English.

Qualifications & Skills

- Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle(s) to be driven.
- Clean driving record, no major accidents or traffic violations.
- Minimum experience: e.g. 3–5 years as a chauffeur / personal driver (for premium / luxury clients preferred).
- Positive knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Basic mechanical knowledge (able to detect minor issues) is an advantage.
- Punctuality, reliability, discretion, trustworthiness.
- Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, late nights, weekends) as needed.
- Physically capable of handling luggage, getting in/out of car frequently, etc.

Working Conditions & Terms
- Work hours: As per schedule, may vary; standby / rotation basis.
- Overtime / night allowances.
- Use of personal vehicle (if required) or employer’s vehicle(s).
- Accommodation (if travel / overnight stays) as per agreement.
- Benefits: allowances for fuel, maintenance, mobile, etc.
- Probation period, termination clauses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
