Vehicle Pickup: Coordinate with clients and the service desk to arrive on time at designated locations to collect customer vehicles.
Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a thorough walk-around inspection of the vehicle prior to pickup, noting any existing dents, scratches, or mechanical issues on the check-in sheet, and obtain client sign-off.
Safe Transportation: Drive vehicles responsibly and in strict compliance with local traffic laws and company safety guidelines from the client's location to the showroom/service center and vice versa.
Client Communication: Greet clients politely, represent the brand with professionalism, and answer basic service process questions or direct complex inquiries to the Service Advisor.
Vehicle Return: Deliver the serviced vehicle back to the client clean and on time, explaining any service summaries or paperwork if required.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate daily logs of trips,
mileage, fuel usage, and client handover receipts.
Vehicle Care: Ensure company transit vehicles (if applicable) are clean, fueled, and maintained, and keep customer vehicles tidy during transit.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensing: Valid, clean driver’s license with a safe driving record (commercial driving experience or specific vehicle endorsements may be required based on local laws).
Experience: Proven experience driving various types of vehicles (automatic and manual transmission, luxury, or large vehicles).
Skills:
Excellent defensive driving skills and knowledge of local routes.
Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
Punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
