Role & responsibilities

- The role will be responsible for preparing accurate technical and execution drawings, translating design concepts into detailed working drawings and coordinating with architects, interior designers, vendors and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare detailed 2D technical and execution drawings for retail stores. Develop GA drawings, detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, layouts and construction details based on design intent.

- Create floor, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, signage and furniture drawings.
- Ensure drawings are aligned with site dimensions, design standards, material specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, vendors, contractors and project/site teams.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, detailing, constructability and completeness before issuing them for execution.
- Visit project sites when required to take measurements,



understand site conditions and verify execution against drawings.

- Support the team with technical inputs related to detailing, materials, dimensions and construction feasibility.
- Maintain proper documentation and organization of CAD files, drawings, revisions and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of detailed technical drawings.
- Good understanding of commercial interior and retail construction details.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, scales, materials, joinery, furniture, finishes and construction methodology.
- Experience in commercial interiors, retail, hospitality, F&B; or similar project environments.
- Good knowledge of shop drawings and execution drawings.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D software, or other drafting/design tools would be an added advantage.
