We are hiring candidates for a Domestic Voice Process – E-commerce role. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of documented sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Insurance, Tele-sales, Seller Support, or similar customer-facing sales roles can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining service quality.
- Follow defined process guidelines, communication standards, and performance parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and required information.
- Achieve assigned performance and quality targets.
- Coordinate with relevant teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
Compensation ₹21,000 CTC or ₹23,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI, based on the candidate's previous package and applicable company norms.
Significant Details
- 6 days working.
- 1 rotational week off.
- 9-hour shift including 1-hour break.
- Shift window: 9 AM to 9 PM.
- Work From Office.
- Graduation mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months documented sales experience mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
