Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
