Looking for energetic Domestic IT/Technical Recruiters with strong sourcing and recruitment experience. Candidates will manage the end-to-end hiring process and work toward monthly recruitment targets.

Experience: 1–6 Years
Salary: 1.75–6 LPA
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and candidate screening
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Work with clients/hiring managers on requirements
- Achieve individual recruitment targets
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines
- Lead/AM: Manage and mentor recruitment team members and handle client coordination along with individual contribution
Requirements
- 1-6 years of Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience with ATS/recruitment tools
- Leadership/team-handling experience preferred for Lead/AM
- Must be currently working; candidates with 2+ months of unemployment/GAP should not apply
- Notice period: Maximum 15-20 days
