- PG Domestic Education Counsellor to handle student counselling, lead management, admissions, and application processes for colleges and universities across India. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Student Counselling Counsel students and parents for UG and PG courses across various colleges and universities in India. Guide students regarding courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career options. Understand student requirements and provide suitable academic guidance. Lead Management Handle inbound and outbound leads. Follow up with students and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain regular communication with students and parents. Admission &

- Application Assist students with forms, documentation, and application submissions. Coordinate with colleges and universities. Track applications and admission status.





Student

Support Resolve student and parent queries related to admissions, fees, courses, scholarships, and timelines. Coordinate campus visits when required. CRM &

- Reporting Maintain student and lead records in CRM and MS Excel. Track follow-ups, applications, and conversions. Prepare basic performance reports.

Target

Achievement Achieve daily and monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets. Work effectively in a sales and target-oriented environment.

Candidate

Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in education counselling/admissions preferred. Experience in UG/PG counselling will be preferred. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Experience in student counselling and lead handling. MS Excel knowledge is mandatory. Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. Comfortable working with targets.
