We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Provider Domain Expert with deep expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Provider Accounting, Operations Transformation, and Consulting-led Solutioning. The role will serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, driving healthcare transformation initiatives, shaping RFP/RFI responses, building differentiated solutions, and leading large-scale operational and digital transformation programs across the healthcare provider ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Domain Leadership

- Act as the Healthcare Provider SME for client engagements, solutioning initiatives, and strategic transformation programs.
- Provide deep domain expertise across provider accounting, revenue cycle management, reimbursement, claims lifecycle, and healthcare operations.
- Develop industry point-of-views, transformation roadmaps, and best practice frameworks for healthcare provider organizations.
- Support sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams with domain insights and healthcare market intelligence.

Revenue Cycle Transformation





- Lead end-to-end RCM transformation initiatives spanning:

o Patient Access & Registration o Charge Capture o Medical Coding o Billing & Claims Management o Denials Management o Accounts Receivable o Revenue Integrity o Financial Reporting & Governance
- Drive process optimization, automation, analytics, and KPI improvements across the revenue cycle.
- Design scalable operating models that improve cash flow, revenue realization, compliance, and patient financial experience.

Consulting & Solutioning

- Architect enterprise-grade healthcare transformation solutions for large pursuits and strategic accounts.
- Lead solution design workshops, due diligence assessments, and current-to-future state transformation planning.
- Develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and transformation narratives for RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with technology, consulting, operations, and delivery teams to create differentiated healthcare offerings.

Transition & Delivery Excellence

- Lead large-scale operational transitions and transformation programs across global delivery centers.
- Ensure business continuity, risk mitigation, governance effectiveness, and successful adoption of current operating models.
- Establish transformation KPIs, value realization frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms.




- Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Executive Stakeholder Management

- Engage with senior client stakeholders including:

o CFOs o Revenue Cycle Leaders o Provider Finance Executives o CIOs / IT Leaders o Compliance & Audit Leaders o Operations Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive teams on revenue cycle modernization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and change management across complex transformation programs.

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Healthcare Provider Services.
- Strong expertise in Healthcare Provider Accounting and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting consulting, technology services, healthcare BPO, or managed services organizations.
- Demonstrated success in solutioning and pursuit support for large healthcare transformation deals.
- Experience managing global delivery and multi-geography operating models.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, payer-provider interactions, and performance metrics.
