Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Domestic Voice Process role based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28,000 INR per month, depending on experience and performance. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, and providing accurate information in a clear and skilled manner. The candidate will be responsible for resolving issues, documenting interactions, and following established processes and scripts while maintaining high service quality.

Daily tasks include updating records in the system, escalating complex cases when needed, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting individual and team targets.



The role requires adherence to company policies, regular participation in training sessions, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and respectfully with a wide range of customers.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement abilities to understand issues, interpret information, and suggest or follow better ways of working.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to absorb current information quickly and apply guidance and feedback to daily tasks.
- Relevant experience in a voice process, call center, or customer contact role is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer proficiency, ability to work in rotational shifts if required, and fluency in English and relevant regional languages will be beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or equivalent; a diploma or degree in any discipline is an advantage.
