Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on .NET technologies for students and fresh graduates.
- Design and deliver practical, industry-oriented .NET training programs.
- Teach concepts related to C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API and related technologies.
- Explain programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments and real-world project guidance.
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations and coding exercises.
- Evaluate students through assignments, practical tests and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Guide students in developing live and academic projects.
- Support students in improving their technical and programming skills.
- Resolve students' technical doubts and provide one-to-one guidance when required.
- Coordinate with the HR, Placement and Management teams regarding student training activities.
- Maintain records of attendance, performance and training progress.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry requirements.
- Provide regular training updates and reports to the Management.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in .NET development and/or technical training.
- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Good understanding of ASP.NET,



ASP.NET Core, MVC and Web API.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web development concepts.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Valuable presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple batches and students effectively.
- Strong interest in training, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification Required

Any Graduate / BCA / MCA / BE / B.Tech / M.Sc. (Computer Science) / M.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
