What You’ll Do:
- Handle leads coming through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and social media.
- Reply to customer messages and inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services/products.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Handle objections and assist customers through the buying process.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain basic sales records.
What We Need:
- Good communication and convincing ability.
- Previous experience in DM sales/social media sales/lead conversion.
- 6 months full-time experience OR 2 years freelance/unofficial experience.
- Comfortable using Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented approach.
