Train, guide and support unit-level safety coordinators / employees

Ensuring all SOPs are implemented and basic disaster preparedness standards are followed

Conducting regular trainings and awareness sessions across units

Supporting risk assessment activities and ensuring closure of identified gaps

Maintaining proper documentation – training reports, audit reports, and visit reports

Promoting safety culture and good behaviour practices across all stakeholders

Coordinating with other departments and units for preparedness activities and support

Age: 23–35 yrs (flexible)

Education: Graduate / Diploma in Safety / Disaster Management / related field

Experience: 2–3 years (training / safety preferred)

Skills: Positive communication, Excel & PowerPoint, Coordination and reporting skills, Willingness to travel

Travel: 8–10 days/month
