Are you passionate about transforming the education system and creating meaningful impact? Join our purpose-driven team to implement the Accelerating Learning for All (ALfA) programme and work closely with government teachers to strengthen Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) for children from marginalized communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct teacher training and capacity-building sessions
- Monitor programme implementation in government schools
- Coordinate with block- and district-level officials
- Support field teams and ensure effective programme implementation
- Contribute to improving learning outcomes for thousands of children

Candidate Requirements ✔ Self-motivated and able to work independently

✔ Own two-wheeler for field visits

✔ Strong Hindi & English communication and public-speaking skills





✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and Zoom

✔ Willingness to travel to Lucknow Head Office 2–3 times a year

✔ Proficiency in spoken English

✔ Resident of the specified district/block

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management/Social Work preferred) Experience: NGO, education, training, or field-work experience preferred

Local Travel: Reimbursement as per organizational policy
