Job Title: Distribution Executive

Industry: Food & Beverage (QSR)

Experience: 2 to 4 years (QSR/FMCG preferred)

Salary: Upto 35k per month

Location - Mumbai (Goregaon East)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end distribution of raw materials and packaging supplies from distribution centres (DCs) to stores.
- Plan, schedule, and track dispatches to ensure timely deliveries with Zero discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels across regional warehouses and outlets to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, stores, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Conduct regular audits to understand if processes are being followed and in line with companys Policy.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, inventory accuracy, delivery precision, and complaint resolution efficiency.
- Prepare and circulate timely reports covering inventory status, distribution performance, sales data,



and vendor KPIs.
- Ensure all complaints are addressed and resolved within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Drive zero stock-out scenarios and maintain a 100% fill rate.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of 3PL operations, warehouse management, inventory control, and last-mile delivery in QSR or FMCG.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Robust negotiation, vendor management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of cold-chain logistics and handling of perishable goods is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
