Role Description The Distribution Specialist internship is a remote role focused on supporting Aynstyn’s distribution and customer-facing operations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the digital distribution of learning content, monitoring inventory levels for digital and physical resources, and ensuring timely delivery to learners, partners, and institutional clients. The intern will assist in tracking orders and resource allocation, resolving distribution-related queries, and collaborating with sales and customer support teams to maintain smooth workflows.





Additional responsibilities include documenting distribution processes, preparing basic reports on inventory and demand trends, and contributing to improvements in operational efficiency and learner experience. This is an internship role, offering hands-on exposure to technology-enabled education and distribution operations in a remote work environment.

- Operational skills in Distribution and Inventory Control to manage content flow, resource allocation, and basic logistics tracking.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with learners, partners, and internal teams in a clear, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
- Foundational Sales and relationship-building skills to support outreach, follow-ups, and conversion activities related to Aynstyn’s offerings.
- Attention to detail, basic data handling skills (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards), and the ability to follow structured processes accurately.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks within a remote internship setting.
