Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Store Manager to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movement, dispatch planning, documentation, and coordination with Production, Sales, Purchase and Accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store, warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Receive, verify, store and issue raw materials, finished goods and other items.
- Maintain accurate stock records, inventory and material movement.
- Plan and coordinate dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, vehicle planning and timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase and Accounts for smooth material flow.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.




- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, tagging and systematic storage of materials.
- Manage loading/unloading activities and ensure safe material handling.
- Maintain dispatch and inventory reports in Excel/ERP.
- Supervise store and dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and housekeeping standards.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Store, Warehouse & Dispatch operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging or related industry preferred.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower, multiple dispatches and urgent requirements.
- Strong attention to accuracy, documentation and stock control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
