Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage and coordinate the day-to-day dispatch activities of the company.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that orders and shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on time. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, transporters, delivery partners, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations.

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred. However, freshers who are willing to learn and build their career in dispatch and operations can also apply.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure all orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
2. Coordinate with warehouse, operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of orders.
3. Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipment details, and other required records.
4. Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and delivery agencies for shipment scheduling and timely delivery.
5.



Track dispatched shipments and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries, ensuring timely status updates.
6. Maintain accurate dispatch records and update shipment/order details in Excel or the company's system.
7. Prepare daily dispatch reports and resolve routine dispatch-related issues by coordinating with the concerned team

Preferred candidate profile :

- Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, or a similar role will be preferred.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, computer operations, and documentation is required.
- Should have good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with warehouse, logistics, transporters, and internal teams.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting dispatch timelines.
