- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to relevant stakeholders

- Allocate vehicles/carriers based on delivery routes, load size, and cost efficiency

- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, GRNs, etc.)

- Liaise with transporters and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to negotiate rates and resolve delays

- Monitor vehicle/fleet utilization and maintain records of trips, mileage, and costs

- Address and resolve delivery discrepancies, damages, or customer complaints

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch, inventory movement, and logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies

- Coordinate with sales/customer service teams to align dispatch with order priorities

- Generate reports on dispatch performance and logistics costs for management review

- Experience minimum 3 years maximum 5 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
