Key Responisibilities :

- Prepare Compile Sheets from outlet/vendor indents and coordinate FG readiness with Production.
- Plan daily dispatches based on POs, FG availability, vehicle capacity, urgency, and routes.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation, loading, route planning, and timely delivery to outlets.
- Ensure OTIF delivery, correct quantities, and zero short-shipment.
- Verify PO, invoice, challan, e-way bill, and dispatch documents before loading.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, packing, loading, and material handling to prevent damage/loss.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, delivery turnaround, and logistics cost.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Outlets, Drivers, and Transporters for smooth operations.
- Monitor transporter performance, vehicle availability, and billing/rate reconciliation.
- Manage returns, rejected/short material, crates/pallets, and reverse logistics.
- Maintain daily dispatch MIS, delivery tracking, and dispatch reconciliation reports.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle/driver documentation, e-way bills, GST, and safety standards.
