Plan vehicle loading sequences, truck allocation, and route optimization to ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination:
Supervise the picking, staging, and loading of finished goods (solvent-based/water-based paints, primers, and thinners) to prevent damage.
Conduct physical stock verifications and reconcile dispatch records with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP.
Documentation & Compliance:
Generate accurate dispatch documentation, including Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills (compliant with state and central GST regulations), Delivery Challans, and Lorry Receipts (LR).
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines for transporting hazardous materials (DG goods), including proper labeling, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) availability, and vehicle fitness norms.
Transporter Management:
Liaise with transport vendors and truck drivers to arrange timely placement of vehicles (trucks, containers).
Monitor freight costs, track shipments in transit, and resolve any delivery delays or transit discrepancies promptly.
Reporting & Quality Control:
Maintain daily dispatch logs, transporter turnaround time (TAT) reports, and logistics KPI tracking sheets.
Handle return shipments (Depot returns/damages), coordinate quality inspection, and ensure proper documentation for inward credits.
Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors degree in SCM, Logistics, BA/Bcom/Mcom/MBA and related filed.
