Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Work Mode: In-person

Salary: ₹13,000 - 15,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth execution of opening, closing, and shift-related activities.
- Ensure food, beverages, and products meet Bakingo’s quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues calmly and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required.
- Follow company SOPs and guidelines related to cash handling, safety, security, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store workplace throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and food safety standards.
- Maintain regular attendance,



punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store operational excellence.
