The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director – Skilled Services to lead and scale a high-performing Professional Services organization in Bangalore.

This is a senior leadership role combining customer engagement, solution architecture, enterprise delivery, technical leadership, commercial ownership and organization building .

The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and global Professional Services teams to deliver complex technology and integration programs.

The role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels — engaging with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders while remaining technically credible with Solution Architects, Technical Leads and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Skilled Services Leadership

- Lead and scale the India Professional Services organization.
- Establish a high-performance, customer-focused delivery culture.
- Own delivery of complex enterprise integration and transformation programs.




- Define and implement scalable delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices.
- Establish strong governance around scope, timelines, quality, utilization, margins, risks and customer outcomes .
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery productivity, predictability and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with global Professional Services leadership to align India capabilities with the global operating model.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

- Provide technical leadership across complex B2B integration, EDI, API, MFT and enterprise application integration programs.
- Guide Solution Architects and technical teams in designing scalable, secure and resilient enterprise solutions.
- Oversee integration architectures involving ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, finance, marketplaces, logistics platforms and trading partners .
- Establish architecture and design governance for large-scale implementations.
- Drive adoption of reusable integration patterns, frameworks, accelerators and automation.
- Provide technical oversight across solution design, integration architecture, data transformation and implementation strategy.




- Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging technologies including Cloud, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-powered integration .

Required Experience
- 12+ years of overall experience in enterprise software, technology consulting, systems integration or Professional Services.
- Significant experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Delivery or Technology Services organizations.
- Proven experience managing senior technical teams comprising Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Engineers and Project/Program Managers .
- Strong experience in B2B integration, EDI, API, middleware, MFT, enterprise application integration or supply-chain technology .
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technology programs involving multiple systems, technologies and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, data transformation and cloud technologies .
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior technology executives.
- Strong commercial understanding of Professional Services, including utilization, revenue, margins, resource planning, estimation and delivery economics .
- Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, proposals and SOW development .
- Strong program and delivery governance experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing technology organizations.
