About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Director of Photography (DOP) / Photography & Videography Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional photography, videography, video editing, and visual content creation.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality photo and video content for institutional, corporate, marketing, social media, events, campaigns, and other communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for events, campaigns, institutional activities, social media, and promotional content.
- Handle cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and other photography/videography equipment.
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos with strong composition, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling.
- Manage the complete production process from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery.
- Edit photographs using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent software.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and other post-production requirements.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, interviews, event highlights, and social media content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand content requirements and develop suitable visual concepts.
- Cover important events, seminars, workshops, conferences, campus activities, corporate functions, and other institutional events.
- Maintain and organise photo/video files, footage, project files, and digital media archives.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited content according to campaign and event deadlines.
- Stay updated with current photography, videography, editing, and social media content trends.




- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of photography and videography equipment.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of professional photography and videography techniques.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition, camera settings, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment.
- Strong video editing and photo editing skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Ability to create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Knowledge of audio recording, microphones, basic sound editing, and lighting equipment.
- Valuable creative sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and projects within deadlines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Photography, Videography, Film Making, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, video production, or content creation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating photography and videography work will be preferred.
- Experience in corporate, educational, institutional, event, or social media content production will be an advantage.
- Should have a creative eye and the ability to convert ideas into visually engaging content.
- Should be comfortable working on-location and covering events as required.

Pay: ₹10,001.18 - ₹33,845.27 per month
