Role Description This is a full time, on-site Diploma Fresher role based in Mumbai. The role involves supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities for lifts and escalators under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.

The Diploma

Fresher will assist in routine maintenance checks, basic troubleshooting, and documentation of work performed at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include following safety procedures,



learning to interpret technical drawings, coordinating with the site team, and interacting professionally with customers when required. The role provides structured on-the-job training to build technical skills and knowledge of elevator and escalator systems.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field from a recognized institution.
- Basic technical skills in reading engineering drawings, using hand tools, and understanding electrical and mechanical components.
- Strong learning mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work on-site at customer locations and in field conditions.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and follow instructions and safety guidelines carefully.
- Physically fit to perform field and site work, including working at heights and in varying environmental conditions.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer usage for documentation and reporting is an advantage.
- Prior internship or vocational training in industrial, construction, or maintenance environments is a plus but not mandatory.
