We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital / Tele Marketing Executive to handle incoming digital leads, coordinate sales enquiries, follow up with customers, and support the smooth execution of orders.

The candidate will be responsible for managing leads generated through platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and other digital channels, while coordinating with the internal operations and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on leads received through IndiaMART, Justdial, and other digital platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the internal operations and dispatch teams for order execution.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate accordingly.
- Handle customer payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups,



and sales.
- Update customer and sales information in Excel/CRM or inventory systems.

Key Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Tele Marketing / Digital Sales.
- Hands-on experience in lead handling and sales follow-up.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or inventory management systems.
- Good customer-handling and sales-conversion skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
