About NetZero Planet Foundation

NetZero Planet Foundation is a growing environmental organization working towards carbon footprint awareness and reduction, climate communication, ecological restoration and sustainable development.

We are looking for a young, energetic and environmentally passionate skilled who can take ownership of our digital platforms and grow professionally along with the Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and continuously improve dynamic, responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Work on front-end and back-end development.
- Develop, improve and maintain interactive Carbon Footprint Calculators for individuals, households, businesses, agriculture, events, educational institutions and other user categories.
- Work on calculator logic, data collection, emission-factor integration, calculation outputs, dashboards and user-friendly reporting.
- Develop and integrate forms, dashboards, donation modules and other dynamic applications.
- Manage WordPress/CMS, databases, hosting, plugins, backups and website security.
- Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Improve website speed, responsiveness, SEO and overall user experience.
- Maintain backups, version control and technical documentation.

Video Editing & Digital Content

- Edit videos of Foundation projects, campaigns, field activities, events and climate-awareness programmes.
- Create Reels, Shorts and other engaging short-form videos.
- Add subtitles, graphics, transitions, audio and Foundation branding.
- Optimize videos for websites and different social-media platforms.

Social Media & Digital Communication

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and other digital platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish regular content.
- Promote the Foundation's carbon footprint awareness, Carbon Calculator,



environmental and sustainability campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages.
- Help grow the Foundation's digital community and online visibility.
- Track basic social-media analytics and recommend improvements.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support climate communication, digital campaigns, graphic designing, AI-enabled digital initiatives and other technology-related activities. The candidate should be willing to undertake any other work assigned by Management from time to time based on organizational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development or a related discipline is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong practical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress/CMS, PHP/Node.js/Python or similar technologies, databases such as MySQL/MongoDB, APIs, hosting, website security and SEO is preferred.
- Knowledge of CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video-editing software, Canva/Photoshop, Git, Google Analytics and social-media management will be an advantage.
