Digital Marketing Mentor – Full-TimeJob Summary iROHUB Infotech is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Mentor to join our team on a full-time basis. The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to train and mentor students using real-world examples and live projects.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience – Required
- Agency/client-handling experience preferred
- Strong expertise in at least one:
- SEO
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads / Social Media Marketing
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, WordPress, Canva, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Funnels
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate in English and Tamil
- Training/mentoring experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct practical digital marketing training sessions.
- Mentor students on live projects and assignments.
- Teach SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, content marketing and funnels.
- Explain campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting.
- Guide students in portfolio development and interview preparation.
- Keep students updated with the latest digital marketing and AI trends.
Interview / Demo Candidates may be asked to:
- Explain a real campaign handled by them.
- Demonstrate Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO strategies.
- Explain campaign performance and optimization.
- Conduct a short demo training session.
Work Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Alternate Saturdays Off
- Sunday: Weekly Off
- Work Location: In Person
- Education: Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
