Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement for Virtuous Media Point’s services. This full-time, on-site role in Pune includes managing social media channels, coordinating online advertising, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives, and monitoring performance through web analytics tools.



The specialist will collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to create cohesive marketing strategies and ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms.

Daily activities include creating and scheduling content, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on insights and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Social Media Marketing for engagement and brand building.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Web Analytics for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with SEO, content creation, and basic design tools is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
