Digital Marketing Specialist Pioneer Academy is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing and lead-generation efforts. We are looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, social media marketing, lead generation, content strategy, and campaign optimization who can contribute to measurable digital growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, generating quality leads, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and grow Pioneer Academy’s Instagram and Facebook presence.
- Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads for lead generation.
- Track leads, engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.




- Coordinate with the creative/content team for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends.

Requirements -

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and lead-generation campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital strategies.
- Solid communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Experience in the education/coaching industry is an advantage.
