Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, optimization, and performance tracking to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns)
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions and ROI
- Manage budgets and bid strategies effectively
- A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Generate performance reports and actionable insights




- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM)
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video campaigns)
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SEO and content marketing
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns across industries

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
