Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Udaipur in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the marketing and development teams. This role involves planning and executing digital campaigns across search, social media, and other online channels, with a focus on lead generation and brand growth for clients. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, optimizing content and ads, tracking campaign performance through web analytics tools, and refining strategies based on data insights.

The specialist will also support SEO initiatives, assist with Google and Meta advertising,



and prepare regular reports that communicate campaign results and recommendations. This position requires proactive communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure that marketing activities align with business goals.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills to manage, grow, and engage audiences across relevant platforms.
- Digital Marketing expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
- Web Analytics skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and use insights to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Solid Communication skills for collaborating with teams, presenting campaign results, and interacting with clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and basic SEO practices.
- Ability to work in office in Udaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous agency experience and familiarity with website design and development processes are advantageous.
