Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a robust background in the Real Estate/Construction industry to lead digital marketing initiatives, generate quality leads, strengthen brand visibility, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with real estate business objectives.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads and other digital campaigns.
- Generate and improve quality leads for residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversions and ROI.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website, landing pages and SEO activities.
- Develop content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Creative and Brand teams to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends and competitor digital activities.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage digital marketing agencies/vendors wherever required.




- Plan and execute digital campaigns for new project launches, promotions and events.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform algorithms.

Candidate Requirements
- 6–10 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate/Construction preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Lead Generation.
- Experience handling high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of real estate lead funnels and conversion processes.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred
- Experience in residential real estate / apartment / villa projects.
- Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and digital customer acquisition.
- Construction/real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
